Maybe you remember General Mark Miley, towards the end of Trump's first administration he called the Chinese military to tell them that he would warn them that Trump was going to cause any trouble. (0:12) That was treason. (0:14) Yet General Miley wasn't court-martialed.
(0:16) But there's some ex-military members in Congress right now that may not escape court-martial. (0:23) General Trump calls them “The Democrats' Seditious Six.” This includes Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona.
(0:31) I'm not sure what their idea was, but they issued an edict to all military personnel that they didn't have to follow Trump's orders (0:39) if they thought the order was unconstitutional. (0:42) The problem is, they didn't come up with what might be unconstitutional and what might not be. (0:47) It was just, you don't need to obey your commander-in-chief's orders.
