I remember Cuba from when I was young. It was a beautiful place, a prosperous place, a happy place. And all that happiness and prosperity was replaced by communism and Fidel Castro. It's been a miserable nightmare for the people of Cuba and for America ever since.
Mr. Trump is changing that, just like he's changing Venezuela. The oil subsidies to Cuba have stopped. And now the country is in darkness, all night, every night. A symbol of the darkness of socialism. And he's not going to let that country off the hook until communism is replaced by freedom and by friendship with America.
