Yesterday a friend of mine asked, how can the Somalis, from the time they arrived in America, defraud American taxpayers of billions and billions of dollars? How can they be that intelligent? I answered, no, it's not intelligence, it's cunning. They've had to rely on cunning for millennia because there are no natural resources in Somaliland. If you've seen Black Hawk Down, you saw how the warlords were taking the food that was delivered for the Somali people and using it instead as a profit center. And the problem is for Americans, we expect other people to act like Americans. We can't expect that from people who don't come from a Judeo-Christian culture and whose entire civilization is dependent on cunning, not intelligence.
